Phone Banking - Customer Services Executive (18K - 24K + Shift Allowance), Immediate Start

Our client, a leading bank, is currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their professional team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound enquiries and outbound follow up calls
  • Handle customer account related enquiries, e.g. account balance, charges, change of address via telephone
  • Attend to enquiry via email and handle client complaints when required
  • Provide dealing services: enter/amend/cancel order, check order status and history, quotes & news, executions issues & trade dispute, etc
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding settlement, dividend payment, IPO issues or refer the case to the relevant parties for resolution

Requirements:

  • Post secondary with over 2 years’ solid customer servicing experience or University graduate with minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the dealing firm or banking industry
  • Positive attitude, excellent customer servicing, cross-selling and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Chinese or English and fair Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office & PC applications 
  • Related qualifications as Relevant Individual License/ SFO requirements
  • Less experience will be also considered as customer services assistant 
  • Willingness to work for 24 hours shift (overnight shift with shift allowance)
