PIM Manager

Milwaukee Asia team is currently seeking a PIM Manager to join the rapidly growing team. This role will be crucial for the vision, implementation and adoption of a new Product Information Management platform across all our Asian market’s different teams and departments.

Job Responsibilities:

Information Governance

• Setup overall data governance of product data and assets including inbound / outbound data channels, data quality, data security, language translation setup / execution, and other considerations.
• Oversee synchronization strategy between PIM platform, DAM (Digital Asset Management), ERP, CRM, Websites, and various content resources.

• Monitor and report on key data measurements, data issue resolutions, etc.     

Process Ownership

• Lead in the development of new PIM-related processes cross-functionally to improve the company’s data management and efficiency goals.

• Compile, development and preset actionable insights to drive business decisions aimed at meeting departmental and organizational objectives.

• Lead initiatives to onboard product content into the PIM, collaborating with product management and marketing teams

Platform Administration

• Ensure clear understanding of the application, supporting infrastructure and systems integration.

• Build the PIM roadmap including functionality, modules and integrations.

• Perform system administration of PIM including enabling/disabling users, assigning/creating/maintaining security roles, supporting and training business users, working with software vendor to resolve reported issues, and monitoring system performance.

• Provide application troubleshooting, monitoring and problem resolution to all internal contacts.

• Collaborate with multiple division and teams to complete and migrate the required product data, technical data, marketing data and digital assets into PIM.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System or relevant fields
• At least 3 years relevant experience with enterprise PIM solutions (e.g. Agility, inRiver, Informatica, Stibo, Oracle Product Hub, etc.)
• Excellent query skills against relational databases and files (Excel, SQL)
• Strong business analysis and project management skillset
• Experience working with B2B distribution and/or Retail eCommerce industries advantageous
• Proficiency in acquiring, organizing, cleansing and manipulating large amounts of data
• Able to analyze and solve problems in an efficient, detailed and methodical manner
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including process-driven flow charts
• Fluent in English. Multilingual capability and cross-cultural study and/or work experience is highly preferrable
