The Division

The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience marketing, and CRM to local and overseas customers of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.

The job

You will:

  • provide full range of support to the strategic project and project leads; responsible for day-to-day project administration
  • coordinate with business users and other departments to gather requirements and information for projects
  • assist in the preparation and justification of project documents and business case
  • provide regular updates of project status to project stakeholders in accordance with the PMO requirements
  • assist in managing all aspects of the project scope, schedule, quality, and budget
  • coordinate meetings and assist in division planning projects such as preparing management reports or presentations on business planning, operations and business performance

About you

You should have:

  • university degree preferably in business or related disciplines
  • at least 2 years of hands on experience in administration and preferably project management roles
  • ability to research for report preparation, establish and maintain accurate records and reports
  • be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • be mature, attentive and independent with team-work spirit
  • good proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese communication
  • proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Terms of employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
