Role and Responsibilities:
  • Control and monitor planned maintenance activities;
  • Ensure all planned maintenance tasks in compliance with requirements;
  • Coordinate with FTM service provider and arrange slots for line maintenance tasks, ensure MRO provides sufficient manpower to support the input;
  • Work cross departments to ensure maintenance and operational requirements are efficiently met;
  • Generate aircraft maintenance and operational status report for management’s information;
  • Attend meetings/briefings to highlight significant maintenance and operational disruptions;
  • Continuously gather appropriate data and analyze for future improvements;
  • Manage budget and cost control;
  • Perform other task as may be required by the management.
  • Holder of an Engineering Degree;
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in aircraft maintenance planning;
  • Experience of working with airworthiness authorities,
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, fluency in Chinese is a plus;
  • Aircraft maintenance basic license holder preferable.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Effective decision making skills and willingness of taking responsibility;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people at different levels in between the company and outside parties;
  • Flexible and willing to work on different projects.
