Handle daily purchasing orders and new development with suppliers independently;
Monitor purchasing orders’ status and delivery arrangement;
Review the lead time and quality performance of suppliers;
Monitor and analyze day-to-day operation to apply companies’ policies and procedures;
Monitor inventory control and propose improvement measures;
Prepare documentation, data entry and statistics measurement of daily operation;
Participate in ad-hoc duties if necessary.
Associate Degree or above majoring in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or other related subjects with at least 2 years related working experience, with background in purchasing field or manufacturing industry will be a plus;
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
Well versed with PC applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
Patient, detailed-mind, willing to learn, able to work under pressure;
Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Planning & Operation Executive.
