  • Responsible for project administrative tasks for supporting the documentation management system, IT project cost system, operational procedures, suppliers’ appraisals and tenderer prequalification
  • Provide full project operational clerical and/or administrative supports to handle all project documentation and correspondences throughout from tendering / bidding of funds, to final account stage and/or handover/maintenance period
  • Organize and arrange project workshop, co-ordination and/or related ad-hoc meetings
  • Prepare, consolidate and update monthly / quarterly / yearly reports for senior management reporting
  • Coordinate and liaise with all project external parties and in-house departments for project related administration matters
  • Support projects site administrative matters
  • Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time
  • Support the commercial negotiation on the consultancy projects


  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience;
  • At least 2 to 5 years’ solid work experience in project administrative / supporting team from sizable organization (i.e. developer / construction / engineering field)
  • Good presentation, interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
  • Knowledge in record and database management is an advantage
  • Can speak and write fluent English and Cantonese
  • Love to work with children and willing to work in a socially responsible environment.
  • Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Relevant studies or background in in Architectural Studies / Landscape Architect is preferable.
