Hong Kong Tennis Open Event Management Limited

The Hong Kong Tennis Open Event Management Limited (“HKTOEM") is a subsidiary of the
Hong Kong Tennis Association and is incorporated to operate the Prudential Hong Kong
Tennis Open, a WTA International Series event, which will take place on 6-14 October
2018. We are seeking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:

Player Services

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Oversee access into Player’s Lounge;
  • Welcome players and guests and assist with all players’ requests;
  • Oversee practice courts booking, supplies in lounge and locker rooms;
  • Co-ordinate with Transport Manager for transport;
  • Co-ordinate with WTA staff on players appearances;
  • Manage player souvenir autographed items;
  • Co-ordinate with caterer on food service and delivery;
  • Ensure proper management, cleaning and maintenance of lounge; and
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Tournament Director.


  • Good communications skills and command of English;
  • Experience in player service in international tennis/sports events;
  • Outgoing, flexible, self driven, organized and a team player; and
  • Knowledge of tennis is an advantage.
