A well established and reputable bank in Hong Kong is now undergoing a transformation program (Agile-based)therefore, they are seeking for Portfolio Management Office Analyst to join them for their Commercial Banking IT team. It is a contract position and competitive salary will be offered for selected candidates. Opportunities to work on multi-million dollars, and work with experienced PMs and manage the progress and budget and report to the senior management.


Major responsibilities:

  • Monitor the project timeline, budget, risk and ensure reports are delivered timely
  • Identify dependencies and possible issues across teams
  • Work closely with Development leads and managers on the reporting cycle
  • Assisted in planning, managing resources and creating project schedules in the initial stage 


  • Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration (Accounting) or related disciplines  
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience, IT background with experience working in Banking/Finance/Insurance industry is preferable
  • Experience in IT project coordination/administration
  • Good presentation skills 
  • Proactive, Fast learner, Ability to work under a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in English
