  • Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones
  • Risk and issue monitoring and coordination
  • Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting
  • Coordination of project governance arrangements
  • Manage the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on budgets and expenditure
  • Assist with the implementation of project standards across projects
  • Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources


  • Degree in related discipline
  • Experienced in project monitoring, governance, reporting activities is preferred
  • Able to work in multiple work stream and have country dimension exposures is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skill(Mandarin and English)
  • Willing to work under pressure and good team player
  • Fast learner
  • Strong navigation capability
  • IT background preferred
