PMO Support Officer / PMO Coordinator

  • Prepare various management reports, dashboards, presentations, minutes and correspondences
  • Ensure the risk register is maintained and mitigation actions are tracked and updated
  • Support the preparation of communications and training material
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including arranging meetings, rooms booking and taking minutes as required
  • Liaise with all key stakeholders, including suppliers and senior management as required
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or above in related discipline with relevant experience in projects coordination or IT system implementation is preferred
  • Self-motivated and an effective team member with the ability to support achievement of overall corporate objectives
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
  • A can-do attitude and proactive in identifying problems, as well as solving them
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
