The Company

Our client is a reputable multinational Insurance Company and is looking for candidates with Policy Admin experience to join the company. The right candidate will start immediately.

The Role

  • Provide daily policy administration support
  • Input data into systems and spreadsheet, prepare fulfillment pack and process correspondence
  • Support enquiries related with Policy Administration
  • Check documents for new business applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the Operation Department on system enhancement
  • Perform User Acceptance Tests for various system enhancement
  • Assist and support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Your Skills & Experience

  • Life / medical insurance policy administration experience is a must
  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • At least 2-3 years experience in insurance sector
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel
  • Experience in UAT is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge in policy admiration will be preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
