Handle enquiries on policy detail, fulfilment request and processing status
Reviews and update procedures according to internal/external guidelines
Support the group policy administration team to do the UAT testing project
Assist and support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Group policy administration experience is a must
Diploma or above with over 3 years of working experience in policy administration of life / medical insurance
Extensive knowledge in policy admiration will be preferred
Good knowledge of system UAT
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
