We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Portfolio Management Specialist, ASP RBWM Tech.

In this role, you will

  • Overseeing the tracking of project status, milestones, deliverables, risk and issues, and escalation
  • Planning and overseeing project and programme level reporting
  • Monitor, report and manage project and programme level budgets and expenditure
  • Implement project management best practice across ASP RBWM projects 
  • Actively communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a collaborative and open environment for the ASP RBWM IT community, promote transparency in regional portfolio and financial status
  • Develop junior team members

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • ​Effective written and oral communication and influencing skills 
  • Experience of working in agile environments with cross functional teams
  • Interested in taking up new challenges and come up with new innovative solutions towards problems
  • Proven experience delivering projects that requires coordination of multiple cross functional teams
  • Knowledge and experience in HSBC project management tools, financial bills and reporting tools
