Position: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Man Hing Hong

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration work including filing, document transfer, stock taking & ordering sundry supplies for replenishment etc.
  • Assist in marketing related tasks including sourcing and coordination with vendors
  • Update records for stock replenishment and payment
  • Coordinate leasing documents between departments
  • Prepare and handle the filing and dispatching of leasing documents
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks


Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or above
  • Proficiency of MS office and general computer usage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good team player, willing to work with others and detail minded
  • Immediate availability is preferred


Working schedule: 16 - 20 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
