Pre-sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

Attend to customers’ needs to recommend the best solutions around the solution offerings

Participate in presales activities to complete the business deal in order to achieve the solution team target

Conduct customer meetings to elaborate the solutions to customer, and follow up in the presale’s activities, including proposal composition, demonstration and contract term negotiation

Constant coaching of customers to understand the customer needs and recommend the best solutions

Requirements:

Diploma holder in IT related discipline with 1-year relevant experience

Experience with Virtualization and SAN infrastructure design

Knowledge in data backup solution

Experience or Certification on SAN/NAS/HCI solution

Knowledge and experience in Hypervisor, Window, Linux, networking as well as Cloud Solution
