Our client is one of the biggest bank in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for capable individuals as Premium Customer Care Representitives to further expand their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing general transactions, handling customers’ enquiries and complaints with compassion and in compliance following bank internal and regulatory instructions
  • Providing complete and professional phone banking service to premium customers
  • Developing long terms and good relationship with premium customers
  • Understanding of customers’ needs and suggesting the most suitable products to customers, for them to enjoy the comprehensive products provided by the bank
  • Assist with new promotion initiated by the bank if needed


  • Secondary education or above with relevant experience
  • Financial industry or call centre experience is highly preferred
  • Customer oriented, dedicated to provide the most professional and highest-level customers for the premium customers
  • Process insurance or investment licenses is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Cantonese, fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed
