Pre/Post Sales Engineer

  • Responsible for technical consultation, technology & product support proposal, tender proposal to sales team, customers and channel partners
  • Design and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) of the solutions proposed to customers
  • Perform value-added professional services like project implementation, resources coordination, solution recommendation, troubleshooting when required
  • Provide comprehensive product training to marketing users and technical administrators
  • 60% duties on Pre-Sales support and 40% duties on Post-Sales support


  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experiences in technical support role with project implementation experiences on application/system integration or system infrastructure
  • Product pre-sales experience is a must
  • Solid experience in Linux (e.g. RedHat/CentOS), Windows Server, databases (e.g. Oracle/MS SQL/MySQL), SMTP/POP, Application server (e.g. Apache Tomcat), network and internet technologies
  • Strong knowledge on TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, POP3, SMTP, HTTP and other protocols is preferred but not a must
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Occasional travel to Guangdong Provinces to meet customers
