職責：

• 負責提供安裝，配置，中斷/修復，預防性維護服務，打印設備和環境的打印解決方案；
• 為我們寶貴的客戶提供現場支持，遠程故障排除和緊急支持；
• 在任何與印刷相關的查詢中充當客戶的受信任顧問；

要求：

• Higher Certificate or above in Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Science；
• 具有良好的electronic, mechanical and computer知識；
• 具有良好的團隊合作精神，能夠獨立工作並能完成多項任務；
• 較強的分析和計劃能力；
• 應屆畢業生還將考慮，具有2年以上相關工作經驗者優先；
• 流利的廣東話，英語和普通話; 能夠讀寫中文; 能夠讀寫英語

待遇：

• 每月$ 14,500-$ 16,500，視乎經驗而定；
• 醫療保險，人壽保險計劃，第13個月的工資獎金，教育和考試補貼；
• 週一至週五：9:00 AM-6:00PM，星期六9:00 AM-1:00PM，每週5.5個工作日

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing installation, configuration, break/fix repair, preventive maintenance services, printing solution of printing equipment and environment;
• Provide on-site support, remote troubleshooting and emergency support for our valuable clients;
• Acts as trusted-advisor for customer on any print related enquiries;

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Electronic / Mechanical / Computer Science;
• Possess sound electronic, mechanical and computer knowledge;
• Good team player, able to work independently and work on multi-task;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Fresh graduate will also consider, 2 Year(s) related experience is an advantage;
• Fluent Cantonese, Fair English and Mandarin; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English;

Employment Terms:

• $14,500 - $17,500 per month depends on experience;
• Medical coverage, life insurance plan, 13th month salary bonus package, education and examination subsidize;
• Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, Sat 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week;
