Private Trust Administration/ Development Manager

  • Supervise a little team effectively to enhance company business
  • Handle trust documents independently
  • Ensure daily administration duties smoothly
  • Streamline workflow and provide quality services to our clients
  • Coordinate well both internally and externally with business partners
  • Provide full operational support to frontline businesses and meet up clients, if required


  • Degree holder or above in law, accounting, business related discipline or possess relevant professional qualifications such as STEP, CPA or ACIS
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in handling private trust, customer service, company secretarial matters, preferably with 1 year supervisory experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese , Putonghua is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
