In the Private wine broker role with Langton's you will be required to:

  • Manage and enhance the Langton’s client base through acquisition and activating existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and conversion targets to as stipulated by Langton’s.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Maintain client telephone contact activity as stipulated by the business.

To be successful in the selection process you will need to possess the following:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the wine industry - Preferably in wine sales
  • Proficiency of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on verbal communication
  • Proficient understanding of direct to consumer sales techniques, B2C Sales strategy and the drive to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Have strong sales, negotiating, and problem-solving skills dealing with private clients.
  • A Passion for wine!
  • Ambitious & autonomous whilst being able to work within a small, close-knit team.
  • Experience in a call centre environment including both inbound & outbound calling
