  • Based on the agreed strategies, asist in the development & deployment of best practice processes and operational guidelines to internal and external parties
  • Support the defining, building, analysing & deploy via traffic light reporting operational KPIs as defined to internal & external parties
  • Monitors and reports on DIFOT by supplier to drive improvements
  • Shine light where operational ineffeciencies light critical path delays occur.
  • Support the Production Support Co-ordinators to ensure process is effective and streamlined.   
  • Develop analytical reports & presentation desks for daily operation discussions & review
  • Ensure all filing protocols are defined and maintained
  • Support the drive of excel based operations to automated CBX operations
  • Assist in preparation of regular monthly and weekly reports on production critical path
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the reporting process using various tools (MySQL, Access, VBA)
  • Support creation and on-going maintenance of production SOP documents
  • Coordinate between central production team and wider production support teams to ensure data are collected in timely manner with accuracy
  • Provide project management support on assigned projects, coordinating project timelines, stakeholder meetings
  • Provides support & maintenance on ERP documents (WIs, UAT test plans)


  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Planning or Operational Business Administration
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a retail or direct sourcing office or model for a sizable company
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, German speaking is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and expert level of Microsoft applications like Execl and PowerPoint
  • Sound knowledge in VBA
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Detail minded with an open mindset
  • A can do attitude with entrepreneurial spirit is a must
