Process Re-Engineering Manager - Listed Bank

Our client, a listed Bank group is currently seeking for a high calibre to join their professional team.


  • To conduct/coordinate reviews and analysis on end-to-end processes and improve internal customer engagement
  • To develop current and future state scenarios and perform gap analysis and implementation planning, including development of implementation roadmaps
  • To collect information via multiple formats, including third party research, one-on-one interviews or focus groups
  • To collaborate with different teams within/across department(s) in deriving improvement recommendations
  • To manage/support projects and ensure successful implementation of improvement plans
  • To act as the key coordinator for bank-wide integration of re-engineering efforts and application of best practices, including e-business practices
  • To provide daily supervision and direction to junior team members
  • To participate in ad-hoc projects as required


  • University graduate in Business Management, Banking, Total Quality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing and delivering process development/ improvement projects, of which at least 3 years gained from the banking industry
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Certification preferred
  • Able to act as an organizational change agent and deliver under tight deadlines and resources
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • A self-initiator who persists to achieve goals through positive work attitude, flexibility and tactful handling of situations
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels in the organization
  • Abreast of regulatory requirements and market development
