  • Perform data input in system and database; and manage filing system;
  • Handle and process the daily purchase requisition, request for quotation / tender service of IT related hardware, software and services;
  • Support to verify the documents of IT related invoices and prepare payment request;
  • Assist manager to prepare reports; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments


  • At least 2 years’ procurement or administrative experience in banks;
  • Solid experience in purchase requisition, procurement administration and invoice settlement handling;
  • Detail-minded; and high level of accuracy in inputting;
  • Good communication, with positive and can-do attitude; and
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
