Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing and placing the purchase and repair order
  • Request for quotes
  • Liaise with suppliers for the order's arrangement
  • Follow up the orders with OEM or vendors as per the customer’s request
  • Handle customer enquiries and request in a timely manner
  • Data input
  • Prepare reports
  • Handle ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above
  • Min. 3 years working experience preferably in procurement
  • Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative and fast learner
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Chinese/English Window, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Immediate available is preferred
