This leading player (client side) from the property and construction industry is looking for a strong talent to join as the Procurement Manager.
Responsibilities
Assist with governance control, drive efficient and effective procurement in relation to major and minor construction works while meeting the business requirements
Responsible for end-to-end sourcing and tendering process
Establish procurement strategies and identify new market trends to enhance current supply base
Keep abreast of the market updates and advise the stakeholders accordingly
Drive strong supplier relationships and manage the works including but not limited to quotation, tender process and documentation for builder work and maintenance projects, fit out and A&A works
Requirements
Bachelor's degree's in Quantity Surveying or related majors
15 years of solid quantity surveying experience including relevant exposure from the client side
Professional qualifications in MHKIS or MRICS
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
