Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the whole procurement cycle from vendor sourcing, tendering, commercial evaluation, vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure all related procurement activities are compliance with the related products and procedures.
  • Handle commercial negotiations and provide professional comments on contract terms and work close with solution presales.
  • Review vendor on-boarding documents to avoid dealing with high-risk business deals and partners.
  • Prepare regular reports with statistical data to management.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or similar field preferred
  • Telecom experience and Telco Product knowledge is a MUST
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in PC and MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Polite, self-motivated, responsible and organized
  • Good communication skills with good written and spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin
