Procurement Officer (5 day work)

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of all items including equipment, fixture & furniture, etc. related to the quotation of interior projects/events, ensuring cost effectiveness within the budget
  • Assist in purchase agreement/contracts review, analysis and reporting
  • Preparation of documentation such as purchase contracts, reports and memos
  • Handling of correspondence with suppliers/ vendors, and documentation for Finance and Accounting Department’s approval
  • Monitoring all purchased items are in schedules, to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Perform any ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Strong organisation and negotiation skills, a good team player as well
  • Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin), both spoken and written
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Travel to PRC may be required
  • Immediate available is preferred
