Responsible for material sourcing and vendor selection;
Handle quotation comparison/analysis and price negotiation with vendors;
Prepare purchase contract document, purchase order etc.;
Liaise with project teams/other operation teams in determining needs and timelines
Diploma holder or above in Business / Engineering / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines in recognized university or tertiary institute;
5 years or above relevant experience in Civil projects in construction industry;
Good command of English and Cantonese (both oral and written);
Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP;
Proactive and able to work under pressure;
Independent, self-motivated, committed and a good team player;
Immediate available is preferred;
Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Officer.
