Responsible for the purchase of F&B items, general supplies and market list items, Capex, FF&E, OS&E, Contractors' work, and Renovation Project, etc.
Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including price comparisons, tenders and market price surveys
Assist in coordination of all product and purchase specifications from respective user departments
Conduct interview as required by Procurement Manager with suppliers' representatives to obtain information, specifications and quotations and to negotiate to the best advantage of the Group
Follow up outstanding orders to ensure on-time delivery of required products
Maintain and update a library of catalogues, samples and price lists
The Requirement
Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in hospitality industry
Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese
Strong sense of integrity, self-motivated, a good team player
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Assistant
