PROCUREMENT OFFICER / PURCHASER (20K-25K) – F&B / food & beverage / catering retail chain




  • An expanding lifestyle F&B chain currently with 2O stores in Hong Kong
  • We have our own central kitchen in Hong Kong to enable us to centralise our food ingredients and supplies purchasing, food processing, quality control of food ingredients and finished products
  • Our head office is  PROCUREMENT OFFICER  – with details as follows :


  • Report to the Operation Manager
  • Perform procurement activities for both food and non-food items
  • Support the procedure of sourcing and purchasing of food & beverage products, utensils & equipment for the restaurants and central kitchen;
  • Manage administrative procurement activities and control relevant costs for back office;
  • Perform regular bench-marking, evaluate suppliers’ performance and maintain good relationship with suppliers for the best price, quality and service;
  • Assist in develop new initiatives and analyze market trend in order to explore potential sources / products.
  • Maintain high accuracy in value and quantity through inventory system, stock take, internal audit and inventory control reports;
  • Studies in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business related is a plus
  • 2 to 3 years purchasing experience preferably in F&B / Catering industry
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word etc
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
  • Friendly working environment
