Provide the support on procurement function in APAC, including system maintenance, related processes implementation and execution. Align procurement process, strategies and action plan with internal stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining procurement procedures which are aligned with global and APAC procedures. Assist on implementing a coherent vendor onboarding process and ensure all validations have been performed by internal stakeholders. Assist on providing analysis for existing procurement activities, which can help increasing the quality, compliance, synergies and transparency. Assist on implementing Procurement related projects or other ad-hoc projects as assigned. Assist on maintaining Travel management and provide regional supports on T&E system maintenance.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience; preferably with a global financial institution. Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skill and well organized. Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and cost analysis. Experience and knowledge of Concur application and SAP will be an advantage.
