Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage suppliers’ relationship
  • Monitor suppliers’ performance in cost, quality, on-time delivery & fulfilment rate
  • Working and communicating with internal stakeholders and suppliers on issues and resolve problems
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to build and manage a strong relationship
  • Assist to develop and implement purchase plans assigned to reduce cost and improve product quality
  • Process purchase orders, and perform cost management

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3 years related working experience in Food industry
  • Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English & Cantonese
  • Responsible and with positive working attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer*
