Procurement Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for and support order & sales management of product line(s) assigned;
  • Assist in inventory management and analysis to achieve company target;
  • Coordinate among internal & external parties to ensure an efficient and timely order process;
  • Prepare various reports & analysis to vendors and internal management for review

Requirements:

  • University graduate with 2 years working experience preferred;
  • Detail-minded, self- motivated and good interpersonal skills;
  • Good numerical and analytical sense;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient PC skills in MS office, especially Excel;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
