Procurement Specialist (CT-WO)

Job Duties:

  • Follow the defined Standard Operating Procedures to manage the Sell-To-Bill and Procurement-To-Pay cycles by working with customers, vendors and other departments, handle discrepancies on time, including release sales order, process PO, update promised delivery date, process invoices etc.;
  • Monitor dropship order status daily or weekly as needed and escalate to the right channels for customer urgent delivery requirements;
  • Timely follow up shipping documents from vendors and update shipping information to order tracking sheet, update customer order status and shipping details in a timely manner;
  • Positively handle all drop shipment customer complaints and drive internal resources to solve customers’ problems proactively;
  • Archive documents according to the company requirements;
  • Release credit to drop shipment customers in SAP after warranty claim is approved;
  • Review drop shipment operations periodically, streamline business processes, analyze the root causes for where improvement is required;
  • Actively participate in related projects originated from other departments.


  • Degree holder or above;
  • 1-2 years related working experience in order processing, international trading and logistics;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint) and ERP systems, knowledge in SAP is a plus;
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills;
  • Proactive, accountable, adaptable and a good team-player.
