Responsible for product development and enhancement, in order to improve the customer experience and product risk management, and increase the operation effectiveness
Maintain and review the product manuals, operational work flow and guideline as well as other related tasks
Prepare various statistics reports on key account preference and market trends, and support product marketing strategies formulation and reviews
Preparing product promotional and training materials for both internal and external parties
Job Requirements
University graduate with major in business management, finance, economics or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of banking experience in trade finance and product management
Good product knowledge on trade finance, CDCS/CITF/CSDG will be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Self-motivated with Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua
