Develop and update restricted substance test protocols for watch, jewlery and leather product
Conduct root cause analysis for non compliance cases
Provide advice for materials and manufacturing process improvement
Develop and monitor product compliance guideline
Develop upstream control of raw material compliance
Organize regular & ad hoc product compliance training
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science is preferred
Minimum 5 years related experience in garment or trims manufacturing field with product compliance related job role
Strong project management skills
Strong team building and mentoring skills, good leadership
