Product Design and Development Manager (Gift & Premium)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to develop unique & creative product ideas that match the company’s business direction in print and personalized products
  • Conduct initial analyze of market trends, cost and feasibility studies
  • Prepare and present proposals to marketing team and management
  • Work with marketing team to ensure product design meet customer’s expectation
  • Liaise closely with internal departments and suppliers to produce prototypes, conduct testing and assessment to ensure the quality and all requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Degree or High Diploma in Product Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or related disciplines
  • 5 years' solid experience in designing products with 2 years in managerial post
  • Experience in designing varieties of products like personalized products, gifts & premium, printing, paper products, packaging and toys are highly preferable
  • Strong sense of market trend, new materials and accessories
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CAD
  • Good command of English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
  • Travel to PRC factory
