Product Development Assistant / Product Developer - Kidswear

  • Provide administrative support to product developer and senior product developer
  • Coordinate with internal departments and product development team in Germany to support new development or sampling issues within the required timelines
  • Ensure all Menswear and Kidswear techpacks are accurately updated and sent to the Buying team in a timely manner
  • Track and monitor the status of sample development, liaising with suppliers in China, HK and overseas to ensure their excellent understanding and execution of the brief and on time delivery of samples
  • Be responsible for the receiving and first checking of development samples
  • Ensure organized storage and/or display of development samples
  • Coordinate daily development with teams in China, HK and overseas
  • Provide support on any ad hoc projects and overall strategic direction of the Product Development division
  • Ad hoc support with product and trend research
  • Ability to create mood boards would be an advantage


  • Form 6 or above (HKDSE)/ Form 7 or above (HKALE)
  • Recent graduate or 1 year of product development experience, preferably in Menswear or Kidswear
  • Candidates with minimum 3 years experience will also be considered for more senior roles
  • Good sense of fashion trends
  • Familiar with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Design CAD), Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proactive, motivated and able to work independently
