Product Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Gathers and maintains product and technology trend information.
  • Develop and maintain a HACCP system
  • Maintains the product library/product development database with food and beverage information, as well as packaging data. Initiates technical specifications and technical manual information such as process flows for new products.
  • Assists to prepare and organize tasting sessions for new food and beverage concepts.
  • Calculate product(food) cost
  • Maintains project file, develops technical manuals, and documentation.
  • Collaborates closely with other cross-functional teams – Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality Assurance team


Requirement:

  • University graduate in Food Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3-year working experience in F&B
  • Knowledge in HACCP is an advance
  • Mature, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
