Job Responsibilities

  • Determine customers' needs and desires by understanding their operation and technical environment
  • Participate in Agile development process roles
  • Respond to feature and functionality questions from the various channels, including both internal/external customers and vendors
  • Assist/create and/or maintain validation/certification environments
  • Write user stories that support requested feature functionality representing multiple user personas
  • Appraise new product ideas and changes
  • Assist documentation staff with the preparation of product user education documentation, including release notes, newsletters, and online help, etc.
  • Assist with the preparation, organization and implementation of beta installation and conduct 1st/2nd line support during the beta process
  • Conduct technical training

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Data sensitive, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in IT Product / Project Management field.
  • Previous experience supporting hospitality / Retail software products is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to travel both domestic and international
