The incumbent will work closely with the Sales team to develop our product range for corporate customers.  Being sensitive to the market trend, he/she will be responsible for supplier sourcing and establish close relationship with major suppliers, negotiate competitive product pricing and business terms, monitor suppliers’ performance including production schedule, product quality and delivery service.

Requirements :

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in trading goods sourcing and purchasing skills
  • Good vendor sourcing, supplier relationships and cost negotiation skills with excellent communication skill in both English & Chinese; Mandarin preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of procurement requirements, practices and procedures, oversea/ China experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel applications, knowledge in SAP an advantage.
  • Good numerical sense and solid experience in data analysis.
  • Good planning & organizing skills, detailed mind, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle a large product range independently, meet tight deadlines and able to work under pressure.
  • Occasional travel to China is required.
