We Offer
  • Coordinate product related initiatives with focus on new product governance requirements in Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • Engage key senior product, front office and technology stakeholder to drive prioritization and endorsement with respective committees.
  • Drive implementation of prioritized initiatives in close collaboration with subject matter experts from products, front office, technology, legal and compliance.
  • Define product due diligence (PDD) standards and guide product teams in executing PDD and ensure they fully understand and implement enhanced processes.
  • Assume role as subject matter expert for product governance and product offering shelf in the Asia-Pacific Private Banking space:
  • Facilitate new product approvals and organize Product Committee meetings
  • Manage, govern and coordinate Global Product Risk Classification (GPRC) in APAC
You Offer
  • Degree from a university or institute of higher education
  • Approximately 3-5 years of Private/ Investment Banking business experience
  • Broad knowledge of investment & trading product offering to Private Banking clients in Hong Kong or Singapore
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Confident personality with excellent relationship skills in to interact with various departments (front office, product owners, technology, legal and compliance, etc)
  • Project management or consulting experience an advantage
  • Ability to excel under pressure and possess a positive “can-do" attitude
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive and able to learn quickly and independently
