Product Management Officer

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist Product Manager to manage Octopus digital products

  • Be customer centric, provide market update and competitive analysis that enables Octopus to stay ahead of competitors

  • Set up, collect and study digital analytic results and make recommendations for continuous optimization

  • Assist Product Manager to lead, support and implement new, or enhance, existing digital products

  • Coordinate with stakeholders in product design and testing process

  • Create an internal knowledge base to support daily service support and manage on-going changes and updates

  • Monitor customer comments in App Store and Play Store and coordinate internally to provide timely feedback

  • Work with cross functional teams for business requirements and prepare functional specifications on product development and management

  • Assist Product Manager on project management and vendor management

Requirements:


  • University Degree in Computer Science / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent; Digital Studies or Digital Marketing stream is preferred

  • 2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduate is welcome and will be considered as Product Management Assistant

  • Experience in mobile apps / digitals or web projects is a plus

  • Hands-on experience in digital analytic tools and MS Office Applications

  • Good team player and possess good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, attentive to details with customer centric mind-set

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
