Responsibilities:

• Identify the business needs of customers in responsible segment(s), and proactively propose Cash Management solutions to customers, especially cross-border liquidity management, cash pooling and HKCTC solutions.
• Manage Client portfolio (including large SOEs and POEs of China, global MNCs and HK local corporates) and revenue realization focusing on regional cash management deals, leveraging cross border cash pooling policies, HKCTC tax incentives and FinTech.
• Responsible for achieving business goals and the growth of Transaction Banking
• Understand client 's treasury management needs through active client calling, proposals presentation
• Work closely with various stakeholders such as relationship managers, product managers, operations, IT etc to ensure effective client service on-boarding as well as the growth on usage of bank services
• Conduct regular service review to enhance customer’s satisfaction
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product competitiveness

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or other
• 3-5 years' corporate banking experience, preferably in Cash Management products / Global Trade and Receivable Finance
• Strong marketing, selling, presentation and negotiation skills
• Customer Centric and good interpersonal skills
• Innovative and be a good team player
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager
