Product Marketing Manager / Assistant Product Manager

Responsibilities and Opportunities:       

  • Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Identify top-selling products and product launch opportunities in the local market
  • Liaise with US headquarter to request new products, promotions and SKU creations application
  • Develop and execute product strategic business plan and marketing campaign
  • Assist in planning monthly promotion, spot promotion and enrollment promotion
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data, and assure the highest level of data accuracy & integrity
  • Assist in localizing launch material and collaterals, product label translation, trademark registration, provide writing and translation support for English/ Chinese content
  • Supervise a product trainer in defining new product positioning for local market, developing and implementing product education programs, training material for distributors and frontline staff
  • Identify joint promotion opportunities with brands, institutions and media whenever and whichever appropriate
  • Source and develop gift premiums and special packaging for seasonal catalogue and special promotion, ensure timely delivery of the premiums and of high quality.
  • Assist in coordinating events and tradeshows
  • Communicate and liaise with regional offices in Asia and headquarters in US
  • Assist with other marketing communications projects as needed
  • Participate in developing regional marketing strategies and promotions that exemplify the execution of corporate marketing & branding strategy


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences or other related discipline
  • Min 4 years of work experience in marketing, training or relevant field, less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Product Marketing Manager
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Strong written communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese
  • Strong market sense and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly proactive and self-motived individual with commitment to excellence
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
