Product Marketing Manager

Primary Objectives:    

Contribute to the growth of the brand, development of respective product franchises by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the formulation and execution of strong 360 marketing campaigns, notably digital.


Product Marketing

  • Propose, design and coordinate the HK marketing plan, covering product campaigns and trade marketing events, work closely with other departments (PR, digital, retail, training)
  • Actively search for compatible and creative partnerships for product launch or for purpose of store building
  • Ensure sales forecast accuracy for respective product franchises
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of launches & campaigns to ensure achieving the brand objectives and KPIs to maximize sales and enhance business growth
  • Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations
  • Manage the Product marketing budget, ensure sales forecast accuracy
  • Whenever necessary, create additional creatives for HK or the Asia region

Trade Marketing

  • Actively propose and execute trade marketing events & maximize exposure, working closely with frontline team and key retailers, to achieve the growth of respective product franchises and pillar products
  • Build and manage by-store trade marketing budget
  • Prepare stock forecast for trade needs such as samples, POSM, limited edition products and marketing tools


  • Degree holder in Marketing and Digital Communication or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing/product management experience, in Beauty/FMCG retail industry in Hong Kong
  • Creative, with sense of beauty, and passionate to the industry
  • Result-driven, detail-minded and well-organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit, team player, dynamic and proactive
  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
  • Adequate in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer skills will be essential
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
