Job Introduction:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.  You will be responsible for determining the most marketable features of products and then building marketing campaigns around them.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic product marketing plan.
  • Identify top-selling products and product launch opportunities in the local market
  • Translate technical details into benefits that will appeal to our target audience
  • Liaise with US headquarter regarding new product forecast, promotions and SKU creations application etc
  • Responsible for localizing launch material and collaterals, product label translation, trademark registration, provide writing and translation support for English/ Chinese content
  • Responsible for planning monthly promotion, spot promotion and enrolment promotion
  • Work with in-house trainer on educational training needs and plan.
  • Work with operations on inventory management.
  • Prepare analytical reports with the highest level of data accuracy & integrity
  • Identify joint promotion opportunities with brands, institutions and media whenever and whichever appropriate.
  • Source and develop gift premiums and special packaging for seasonal catalogue and special promotion, ensure timely delivery of the premiums and of high quality.
  • Manage budgets and esp abreast of the competitive landscape.
  • Work with various teams (Sales, marketing communications, design) to implement strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related discipline
  • Min 6-8 years of work experience in marketing field, less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Product Marketing Manager
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
  • Experience in FMCG, health care, organic industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Strong market sense and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management, prioritization and multi-tasking skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly proactive and self-motived individual with commitment to excellence
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
