Product Operations Executive (for procurement & sourcing function)

The Challenge We Pose to You:

• Act as contact point between internal parties and external suppliers on order processing and supplier onboarding
• Handle sourcing and procurement activities from local and overseas suppliers, complying with ISO requirements.
• Follow up vendor quotation and provide assistance to procurement team for facilitating order processing.
• Responsible for vendor quotation negotiation process aligning to company procurement policy and standard
• Provide administrative support to Presales teams
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

What You Bring to Us:

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Work experience in IT or telecommunication industries is preferred
• Team player and with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and detail-minded
• Proficient in MS Office tools and Chinese typing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience may considered as Assistant Product Operations Executive
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
