Role Mission:
To support overall management & execution on all planning-related issues with regards to all products.
What you will be responsible for:
- Assist in formulating holistic product development and product management strategies
- Conduct market research to understand market situation, customer need, consumer behavior as well as understanding the competition to identify new & innovative concepts for development of new products
- Assist to drive product launch from business case, internal process, execution to post-launch analysis
- Assist in preparing product demand forecast planning and product lifecycle management
- Define, monitor, and achieve product key performance indicators on portfolio specifics to support company goals
- Assist in management planning on product portfolio and assortment offering
- Assist in devising sound product marketing plan of all product collections
- Assist in product allocation planning amongst all channels
- Prepare sales & inventory data analytics and evaluation reports and provide insight of improvement to senior management
- Setup, enhance and monitor the product-related process flow standard operations procedures
- Control and manage product data system
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
We might be a potential match if you have/ are:
- Degree holder in Business, Statistics, Marketing or other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in product planning/management
- Experience in jewellery retail industry is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and strong in numbers
- Sound experience in product planning/development or product management
- Sharp business and market sense in jewellery retail field
- Attention to detail, well organized, self-motivated and a good team player with excellent problem solving and strong communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
