Product Project Assistant Manager


Lomography is looking for a proactive and ambitious individual to work with our product development team to help manage product projects from initial design to mass production. If you have experience in production and product development, and are interested in photography and/or passionated about Lomography products, this is your dream job! You will be a part of a multi-talented, multi-cultural international team of Lomography and be part of the analogue movement.

  • Handling projects starting from Product Design to Mass Production
  • Project timeline setup, ensuring quality and on-time delivery of all products
  • Failure analysis, intensively co-operate with suppliers for problem solving in development status until mass production
  • BOM and product cost analysis
  • Regular travel to factories for project execution & quality control (Mainland China & overseas)
  • OEM product souring and supplier communications
  • Supports in-house photographic product research & design
  • Minimum 2 years experience in production project management, preferably in plastic injection moulding industry
  • Basic knowledge on photography and photographic equipment mechanisms is required
  • Production & Industrial engineering background is preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill
  • Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, well organised and able to work independently
